Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer Experience: 8+ Years Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead and enhance the design initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design strategy, UX/UI best practices, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration . This role requires a highly motivated individual who can drive design innovation, standardize processes, and deliver exceptional user experiences . Key Responsibilities: Design Leadership & Strategy: Establish and standardize design processes and deliverables across multiple projects. Conduct UX audits, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing to improve product experiences. Introduce and implement structured design methodologies within agile teams for efficient project delivery. Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and project management , to align business goals with design strategies. Conduct design thinking workshops to educate teams on incorporating UX methodologies. Establish team structures, track KRAs, and mentor junior designers to promote professional growth. UX/UI Design & Implementation: Revamp and modernize front-end monitoring solutions to enhance user experience. Develop personas, user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems for new and existing applications. Implement A/B testing and analyze results to refine UX design for improved engagement. Manage end-to-end design deliverables , from discovery sessions to deployment. Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients to define business goals, objectives, and project scopes . Conduct regular touchpoint meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project expectations. Identify key success metrics from a business perspective and drive design solutions to meet them. Marketing & Branding: Support the sales and marketing team by creating promotional materials, marketing collaterals, and strategic campaigns. Develop branding elements and micro-animations to enhance product appeal. Key Achievements: Successfully revamped a product that was deployed at four customer sites within a month of re-launch. The redesign resulted in 45% faster task completion time, an 18.8% reduction in clicks , and a significant improvement in usability. Implemented a structured UX design system leading to a more efficient and consistent design process. Required Qualifications & Skills: 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of leading design teams . Expertise in design strategy, UX research, and usability testing . Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design decisions to stakeholders.
