Role Overview: As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital experiences we deliver to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to understand user needs, define design requirements, and deliver intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Your expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design will contribute to the success of our projects and help us maintain our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities: Lead the UX/UI design process from ideation to delivery, ensuring that projects meet client requirements, industry best practices, and project timelines. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives, user personas, and user flows. Should have an inclination towards understanding the business use case and choose the most favourable visual path for the business. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interaction patterns. Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience and align with clients' branding guidelines. Should have a knack for emerging technologies and how they reshape businesses, products and the state of UX/UI designing. Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing guidance and support during the development phase. Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, promoting continuous improvement and growth within the team. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, and share knowledge with the team. Advocate for user-centered design principles and the importance of usability, accessibility, and inclusive design. Act as a subject matter expert, advising clients on UX/UI best practices and strategies to achieve their business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in UX/UI design, graphic design, interaction design, or a related field. A relevant design portfolio is required. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in an agency or software development environment. Strong proficiency in Figma. Concepts such as Auto-layout, dynamic prototyping and variables are quintessential. Solid understanding of interaction design principles and best practices, with a focus on mobile and web applications. Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools. Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design decisions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to clients and cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
