Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UX Product Designer & Researcher with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team, focusing on SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-centered products and conducting research to inform design decisions.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop user-centered design solutions.

Conduct research to identify customer needs and pain points, informing design decisions and product development.

Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards for consistent user experiences across products.

Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs to test and validate product concepts.

Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize product features and create user personas.

Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on design solutions and improve product usability.

Job Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing complex SaaS products with a focus on user experience.

Proven track record of conducting research to inform design decisions and drive product improvements.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that meet business goals.

Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices.
