Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to guide product development. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives. Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Analyze and synthesize research findings to provide actionable recommendations for product improvements. Mentor junior designers and researchers, fostering a culture of design excellence. Stay updated on the latest trends in UX design, healthcare technology, and user research methodologies. ualifications: Bachelor s or master s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in UX design and research, with a strong focus on healthcare products. Proven expertise in creating user-centered designs for complex workflows and systems. Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Proficiency in user research methods, including qualitative and quantitative approaches. Solid understanding of healthcare workflows, standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and regulations like HIPAA. Strong portfolio showcasing UX design and research projects, particularly in the healthcare domain. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design solutions to diverse audiences. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. Experience with healthcare-specific applications, such as EHRs, telemedicine platforms, or patient portals. Knowledge of analytics tools to measure and improve design performance.
