Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of backend engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Technical Leadership: Define and drive the technical vision and strategy for backend systems, incorporating the latest advancements in software architecture, Python, and machine learning technologies. Delivery Management: Oversee the execution of backend feature sprints, ensuring timely and high-quality Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap while identifying and mitigating risks. Hands-on Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the team as Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards, while driving innovation through experimentation with new technologies. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners, providing regular project updates and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment. Required Skills : Leadership Experience: 3-4 years in a leadership or management role, with proven experience leading backend engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects. Backend Development Expertise: 10+ years of experience in backend development, with strong experience in designing and implementing distributed systems. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of backend architecture principles, design patterns, and cloud-native Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices. Database Expertise: Solid understanding of S L and NoS L databases, data modeling concepts, and how to integrate them within backend systems. DevOps and Infrastructure Automation: Experience with DevOps practices and tools for infrastructure automation, such as Docker and Kubernetes. Python Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with Python and proficiency in backend frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Machine Learning Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience with machine learning, including frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies, ensuring efficient and collaborative project execution. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Preferred Skills: Cloud G Kubernetes: Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, containerization, and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
