Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models to solve complex problems. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to ensure data quality and insights. Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments using cloud platforms or other tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Implement machine learning pipelines, workflows, and tools for automated training and testing. Research and apply state-of-the-art algorithms to enhance model performance. Ensure scalability and reliability of ML systems through efficient coding practices and architectural design. Stay up-to-date with advancements in machine learning and AI technologies and assess their potential impact on the business. ualifications : Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields. Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying machine learning models. Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in Python with expertise in ML/AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras). Experience working with large datasets and using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka. Experience with S L/NoS L databases and data pipelines. Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Preferred ualifications: Hands-on experience in productionizing machine learning models. Prior experience in building recommendation systems, predictive analytics, or anomaly detection models. Contributions to open-source ML/AI projects. Knowledge in Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning. Strong mathematical and statistical background. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong communication skills to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
