Job Description

Senior UX Designer

Senior UX Designer

What you’ll do:

Lead UX design for core product areas — from research to wireframes to high-fidelity mockups
Conduct user interviews and usability testing to refine product experiences
Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless implementation
Contribute to design systems and documentation
Occasionally assist with marketing design or product demo materials

What we’re looking for:

Excellent English communication (written & spoken) — clear and confident in discussions and presentations
4+ years of experience in UX or product design (preferably with SaaS or EdTech products)
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking and execution
Proficiency with Figma
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Available during EST business hours and responsive to feedback

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term. Most team members stay for years, and we expect the incoming designer to be part of that journey.
