Job Title: Senior US Telecom Recruiter

Location: Onsite Noida

Working Hours: 06:30 PM 03:30 AM IST

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior US Telecom Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top talent for telecom projects and positions across the United States. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, project leads, and clients to understand staffing needs in the telecom sector, including wireless, wireline, optical networks, and related technologies. The role requires deep industry knowledge, familiarity with telecom-specific skill sets, and experience with US recruitment compliance and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing
  • Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, ATS databases, and other sourcing methods.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of telecom talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Process Management
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Negotiate salary, benefits, and offer terms according to client budgets and US market standards.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with HR and compliance teams.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with US-based clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements, project timelines, and technical skill needs.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and market intelligence.
  • Telecom Industry Expertise
  • Recruit for positions such as RF Engineers, Field Technicians, Network Engineers, Fiber Technicians, OSP Engineers, NOC Engineers, and Project Managers.
  • Stay updated on telecom industry trends, network technologies (4G, 5G, fiber, optical), and relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, JNCIP, FOA).
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS.
  • Adhere to US labor laws, immigration guidelines (e.g., H1B, TN), and client compliance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 4 -7 years in recruitment, with at least 2+ years focused on US telecom roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of wireless, wireline, optical, and broadband technologies.
  • Tools: Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed).
  • Sourcing Skills: Boolean search expertise, social media recruiting, passive talent engagement.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Compliance Awareness: Understanding of US hiring practices, visa categories, and EEO regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in technical recruiting for US telecom OEMs, network service providers, or engineering firms.
  • Knowledge of telecom-specific certifications and skill sets.
  • Experience working in VMS/MSP environments.
