Job Description

As a Semi-Senior Associate at Ikshana Z Inc., you will play a crucial role in the global tax team by leading U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance, including Forms 5471, 926, 851. - Computing deferred taxes, B&O excise taxes, and state apportionment workpapers. - Summarizing stock-based compensation reports and calculating state sales tax accruals. - Managing tax trackers, monitoring notices, and supporting capital loss valuation allowance analysis. - Performing reconciliation analysis to ensure consistency between NetSuite and Looker. - Overseeing quarterly and annual tax provisioning. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred). - Proficiency in NetSuite, OneSource, and Google Suite. - Strong understanding of U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
