Job Description

In this role as a Senior Urban Designer at Shashi Prabhu & Associates, located in Mumbai, you will be responsible for developing and implementing urban design plans, preparing planning reports, designing master plans, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing urban spaces and preparing conceptual designs - Providing creative solutions to meet client and community needs - Adhering to industry and local standards - Preparing Project Strategies and Concepts - Understanding of ToD, LAP, TP Scheme, street design, place-making, urban forms, and building typologies - Coordinating with infrastructure design teams to prepare comprehensive masterplans - Working on drawings, details, and Municipal drawings - Knowledge of local and national building regulations, codes, and standards for compliance - Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, Arc GIS, and other 3D software - Excellent graphic, written, and oral communication skills - Aptitude for research Qualifications required for this role include: - Master's in Urban Design from a Leading University - Experience in working on design and execution of institutional/sports/township Masterplans - Passionate about excellence in Design - Ability to lead a team Join Shashi Prabhu & Associates to be part of a multi-disciplinary firm with a legacy of excellence and a focus on delivering impactful designs in key sectors like Healthcare, Hospitality, and Transportation.,
