Senior Urban Designer

Role Overview: You are a Senior Urban Designer at INI Design Studio, responsible for overseeing client interactions, project management, stakeholder engagement, project design, and development. Your role involves managing client relationships, leading project design efforts, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, preparing necessary documents, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships to ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. - Lead project design and development efforts while adhering to project goals and objectives. - Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external consultants to integrate various project components. - Prepare tender documents, drawings, and construction drawings as required. - Maintain project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress to achieve milestones. Qualifications: - Master's or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in the industry with a strong background in architectural and urban design. - Experience in Tourism-based Urban Design projects is advantageous. - Proficiency in preparing tender documents, drawings, and construction drawings. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to lead a team effectively and collaborate with colleagues and clients. - Proven track record in managing multiple projects concurrently. - Familiarity with sustainability principles and Green certifications such as LEED, IGBC, or GRIHA is desirable. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit software. - Willingness to travel to project locations for meetings as necessary.
