We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital products. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in UI design, UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems—and a passion for creating impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the complete design process: user research, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
Design engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications that meet business and user needs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Mentor and guide junior designers in best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer / Product Designer.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
