We are building an environmental commodities exchange, an issuance platform for registries, and a settlement platform for energy attributes or carbon credits. Responsibilities Understand User Needs: Analyze product specifications and user psychology to create tailored experiences. UI Design: Develop visually appealing interfaces using color schemes, typography, and design principles to enhance product aesthetics. UX Design: Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for intuitive and seamless user experiences. Research & Feedback: Conduct concept and usability testing, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Facilitate product vision by researching, sketching, prototyping, and testing user experiences for digital products. Solve UX Challenges: Innovate solutions for usability and findability issues. Deliver Design Assets: Create and optimize wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups for diverse devices and interfaces. Make Strategic Decisions: Lead user experience and design strategies for core functions and new features. Iterative Design: Adopt a user-centered approach to rapidly test and iterate on designs. Communicate Effectively: Present design ideas and prototypes to development teams for seamless implementation. Industry Trends: Stay updated on competitor products and UX/UI trends to ensure cutting-edge design solutions. Required Skill Sets & Experience Experience: 3-6 years in UX/UI design roles. UX Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Figma, ProtoPie, Sketch, InVision or similar tools. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is preferred. SaaS Products: Proven experience in designing for SaaS-based products. UI/UX Balance: Strong ability to create visually engaging UI elements while ensuring usability and functionality for UX. Color Coding Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of color theory and its application to improve user interface design. Client Collaboration: Proven experience in working with clients to understand requirements and design tailored user experiences. Best Practices: Strong understanding of UX design principles, mobile-first, and responsive design. Communication: Excellent ability to articulate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. Team Collaboration: Experience synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications in a team setting. User Focus: Passion for resolving user pain points through strategic design solutions.
