Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions.
• Develop and maintain user flows, wireframes, site maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Create and manage design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms.
• Design logos, marketing brochures, and other brand assets in alignment with company guidelines.
• Work on responsive UI designs for both desktop and mobile devices.
• Present design concepts and rationales effectively to cross-functional teams and clients.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, emerging design patterns, and tools to continuously improve user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Interaction Designer.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-team coordination.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating information architecture, interaction design, and visual design expertise for both web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
• Experience in design system creation and branding (logos, brochures, and marketing collateral).
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
• Experience in motion design or micro-interactions is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
