Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We're looking for passionate technologists who want to lead client engagements and take responsibility for delivering complex technical projects. Responsibilities Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks Create wireframes, storyboards, user personas, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards Qualifications 3+ years of relevant work experience with mobile and web applications. Demonstrable Graphic/Product design skills with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe XD, or other visual design and wireframing tools Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Up-to-date with the latest web and mobile trends, techniques, and technologies Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process If a person is from NID (National Institute of Design) or NIFT, we can be flexible on work experience.
