Description
As a UI/UX Designer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the experiences of community health workers and beneficiaries through innovative digital health solutions. With a focus on creating user-centered designs, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive web and mobile applications that cater to the specific needs of our target audiences. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough user research to gain insights into the behaviors and requirements of community health workers and beneficiaries. By developing detailed user personas, you will guide design strategies and ensure that our designs are in alignment with user needs. Additionally, you will create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, iterating designs based on feedback and usability testing results. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in healthcare or digital health. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential, as well as a strong grasp of user-centered design principles, UX research methodologies, and responsive design. Furthermore, your expertise in frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS will be crucial for implementing design elements seamlessly. Your exceptional communication and collaboration skills will enable you to present and justify design decisions effectively, while your passion for healthcare innovation will drive you to enhance the overall user experience of our flagship digital health solution, the Community Health Integrated Platform (CHIP). In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also contribute to the creation of marketing materials, posters, banners, and presentations that align with our organizational branding. By integrating UI animations and visual elements, you will enhance user engagement and create dynamic experiences that resonate with our target audiences. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with developers, product managers, and field health workers to ensure design consistency and gather valuable feedback. Your contributions to the product roadmap will be instrumental in prioritizing design initiatives that are aligned with our business goals, while your commitment to staying updated on UI/UX, digital health, and healthcare technology trends will drive continuous improvement in our design solutions.
