About The Role

Senior TypeScript Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using TypeScript.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
• Own modules or components end-to-end, from development through testing and production deployment.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards across the team.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technology evaluations.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and scalability challenges.
• Stay up to date with advancements in the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem and suggest improvements.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of professional experience in software development with strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and/or backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express.js, NestJS).
• Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Git, testing tools (Jest, Mocha, Cypress), and build tools (Webpack, Rollup).
• Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
