Senior Travel Consultant

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and personalized travel recommendations to UK-based clients
• Design and sell tailor-made itineraries, holiday packages, and luxury travel experiences
• Manage enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels with a focus on premium service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and travel regulations
• Build strong relationships with clients, tour operators, and travel partners
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer journey
• Handle booking confirmations, amendments, and post-travel support
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team training initiatives

🧭 Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years’ experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Specialist, or similar role , Fresher’s Can Also Apply
• Strong understanding of the UK travel market and customer preferences
• Proven track record in sales and converting high-quality leads
• Excellent knowledge of global destinations, airlines, and travel products
• Proficiency with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Experience with luxury or tailor-made travel
• Existing client network or repeat-booking customer base
• Multi-language skills
• Familiarity with CRM and travel-tech platforms
