Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Google AdWords PPC Manager to lead and optimize our paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK travel market, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to drive high-converting traffic through Google Ads and other paid platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Strategy & Planning · Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on flight, holiday, and package bookings. · Conduct keyword research specific to travel trends and destinations (UK to USA, Asia, Middle East, etc.). · Analyze competitors and market demand to refine bidding strategies and ad positioning. 2. Campaign Execution · Create and manage PPC campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube platforms. · Write compelling, travel-focused ad copy that drives clicks and conversions. · Launch retargeting, dynamic remarketing, and customer match campaigns to re-engage potential travelers. 3. Budget Management · Plan and manage monthly PPC budgets ensuring optimal ROI. · Adjust bids and allocate budgets across campaigns to maximize effectiveness. · Monitor spend against booking revenue and adjust accordingly. 4. Performance Analysis & Optimization · Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, and cost per lead. · Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, keywords, and landing pages. · Regularly analyze campaign performance and produce detailed reports with actionable insights. 5. Conversion Tracking & Integrations · Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4). · Work with the tech team to ensure seamless landing page performance and tag implementation (GTM, UTM parameters). 6. Collaboration · Coordinate with sales, design, and content teams to ensure alignment with offers and seasonal campaigns. · Work closely with SEO and social media teams to align messaging and strategy. 7. Trend Monitoring · Stay up to date with Google Ads policy changes, travel industry trends, and user behavior shifts. · Suggest and test innovative ad formats and automation tools (e.g., Performance Max campaigns).
