Senior Travel Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Travel Consultant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys curating customized travel itineraries, managing leads, and contributing to the growth of our brand through content creation and reporting. Design and tailor bespoke travel itineraries for clients, ensuring all details are aligned with their preferences, needs, and budget. Conduct thorough research on destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and local experiences to create unique and well-rounded travel packages. Provide expert recommendations on destinations, attractions, and off-the-beaten-path experiences based on extensive knowledge and client requirements. Develop engaging, informative content about travel destinations, experiences, and tips for blogs, newsletters, and social media channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually appealing and informative content that resonates with our target audience. Regularly update content on the website, brochures, and social media to ensure the brand stays relevant and current. Track sales and bookings, preparing regular performance reports for management. Monitor key metrics (such as lead conversion rates, revenue generation, etc.) and provide insights for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to optimize itineraries and services. Collaborate with other team members, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless delivery of services. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices for creating exceptional travel experiences. Participate in team meetings to discuss client feedback, share industry insights, and brainstorm innovative travel solutions.
