Roles and Responsibilities Design and deliver training programs for sales teams to enhance their skills in product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service. Develop and maintain a comprehensive training calendar that aligns with business objectives. Conduct regular team trainings to improve communication, collaboration, and problem-solving among team members. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning materials. Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in Sales Training or related field. Strong understanding of Learning & Development principles and practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to design effective training programs using various methodologies such as classroom instruction, e-learning modules, on-the-job training etc.
