As an International Travel Consultant / Client Servicing Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing travel requirements for our international clients. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding client travel preferences, preparing customized itineraries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Your knowledge of U.S. time zones and international destinations will be essential for providing exceptional client servicing. Key Responsibilities: - Understand client travel requirements and preferences for international trips. - Prepare customized itineraries covering flights, hotels, transfers, and activities. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving queries. - Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to confirm bookings and manage changes. - Provide guidance on visas, travel insurance, and destination-specific details. - Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred. - Experience in travel consultancy, client servicing, or tour operations (1-3 years preferred). - Knowledge of international destinations, U.S. time zones, and travel logistics. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Proficiency in travel booking tools, GDS systems, and CRM software. - Ability to work from office during 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM and handle multiple client requests.
