Job Description – Travel Consultant (Ticketing & Reservations)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in domestic and international air ticketing. The candidate must be proficient in Galileo GDS, hotel bookings (4 & 5 star properties), and car reservations through online portals. The role requires strong customer handling skills, accuracy, and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international air ticketing using Galileo GDS.
• Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund air tickets as per airline policies.
• Book 4-star and 5-star hotels, negotiate rates, and confirm reservations.
• Arrange car bookings through approved portals and vendors.
• Provide fare quotations, itineraries, and travel-related information to clients.
• Ensure compliance with airline rules, visa requirements, and travel policies.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and transport vendors for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate booking records and MIS as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel consultancy or ticketing.
• Strong working knowledge of Galileo GDS.
• Experience in premium hotel bookings and car booking portals.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bookings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
