Job Description

Post- Mice Ticket Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused MICE Ticket Consultant to join our travel and events operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing travel arrangements for corporate groups, including Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE). This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in ticketing systems, and the ability to coordinate complex itineraries with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage domestic and international air ticketing for MICE groups and corporate clients.
  • Coordinate travel itineraries, fare quotations, reservations, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Ensure smooth travel arrangements in alignment with group event schedules and client requirements.
  • Liaise with airlines, suppliers, and internal event teams to ensure timely confirmations and best fare options.
  • Handle group bookings, block seats, and negotiate special fares where applicable.
  • Monitor booking queues and adhere to airline policies and deadlines.
  • Provide timely updates, travel advisories, and documentation support to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and travel documents.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve travel-related queries efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in ticketing, preferably within MICE or corporate travel.
  • Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing processes, and group travel management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple group itineraries simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the MICE segment within a travel agency environment.
  • Ability to negotiate fares and handle large group bookings.
  • Familiarity with visa processes, travel insurance, and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
