Key Responsibilities

-Handle domestic and international flight reservations using Amadeus GDS.

-Manage ticket issuance, re issuance, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.

-Provide customized travel solutions based on client requirements and budget.

-Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and invoices.

-Ensure timely communication with customers for itinerary confirmation and updates.

-Assist in group bookings, travel insurance, and visa coordination as required.

-Keep up to date with airline policies, promotions, and fare rules.

-Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales and service quality targets.

Required Skills & Competencies

-Mandatory proficiency in Amadeus GDS (air, hotel, car modules).

-Strong knowledge of fare construction, airline routing, and ticketing policies.

-Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

-Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.

-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

-Positive attitude and team spirit.

*Qualifications*

-Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality Management.

-4–6 years of relevant experience in a travel agency or tour operations company.

-Certification in Amadeus or IATA will be an added advantage.
