You must be proficient in Amadeus or other travel booking platforms, with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings and upsell when necessary. Quick decision-making in handling travel changes or issues, along with teamwork skills in a collaborative environment, are essential. To qualify for this position, you must have at least 12 years of experience in travel sales, with international experience being preferred.
