Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Executive to join our team at our Juhu office. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel bookings, designing tour packages, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings, hotel reservations, and holiday packages
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors
• Design customized tour itineraries as per client requirements
• Manage visa assistance, travel insurance, and documentation
• Provide accurate travel information and cost quotations
• Ensure prompt follow-ups and closure of bookings
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
• Maintain booking records and client database

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred)
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Travel Executive or similar role
• Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre preferred)
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
• Ability to work under sales targets

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in a travel agency or tour company
• Well-versed with honeymoon packages, group tours & corporate travel
• Presentable, confident, and sales-oriented
