Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end transformation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and stakeholder management.
Ensure seamless integration of new systems and processes across finance & accounts functions.
Oversee project governance framework development and implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile

15-24 years of experience in Finance & Accounting domain with expertise in areas such as F&A Processes, Record To Report (RTR), Procure To Pay (PTP), Order To Cash (OTC), Transition Management, Stakeholder Management, Team Management.
Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and practices.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Candidate applying must have 10 + years experience in all the 3 domains - RTR , PTP and OTC
