Role Overview

Senior Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for front-line and management staff across multiple stores.
• Create engaging training content (manuals, videos, SOP guides, assessments).
• Ensure consistency in training delivery across cities.
• Conduct onboarding programs for new hires.
• Train employees on customer service, operational SOPs, hygiene, and upselling.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and track employee performance improvements.
• Partner with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and address them through targeted training modules.

Requirements

• Mandatory:

  Minimum

  5 years of training experience in the QSR industry

• Excellent spoken and written

  English communication skills

  .
• Proven ability to

  create training content

  (documents, presentations, digital material).
• Experience conducting

  multi-city training sessions

  .
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and build confidence in team members at all levels.
