Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Tour Executive / Assistant Manager - Inbound Tours. The role involves planning, organizing, and managing tailor-made tours and holidays for international travelers. Responsibilities include creating itineraries, managing guided tours, and overseeing tour operations to ensure a high-quality experience for clients. The role also requires excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of Experience in Tour Planning and Management
  • Proficiency in creating and managing Itineraries
  • Skills in organizing and overseeing Guided Tours
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Actively engage in briefing and debriefing from the operator for each tour
  • Monitor day-to-day quotes to ensure customer satisfaction and meet targeted timelines
  • Manage the entire life cycle of events including accounting, documentation, and coordinate with the Clients while they are on tour
  • Coordinate and follow up with reporting manager for preparing the products, brochures, suppliers, and service providers as required
  • Proactive in resolving the hurdles in the itinerary and work creatively to resolve them beforehand
  • Process and manage bookings with hotels/airlines/trains/safaris
  • Knowledge of local tourism and travel industry
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in inbound tours and travel management is beneficial
