The Role

We are seeking a Senior Testing Manager to lead our QA team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in manual and automated testing, along with proven leadership skills in managing QA processes and teams in an agile setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute testing strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the QA team to ensure timely and quality releases.
• Oversee all types of testing — functional, regression, performance, and integration.
• Manage test documentation, defect tracking, and quality metrics reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Drive test automation initiatives and integrate testing with CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium)
• Experience managing QA teams and working in Agile environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
