Domain:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain

  automation frameworks

  using

  Playwright (Java/TypeScript)

  and

  Selenium WebDriver

  .
• Implement

  HYBRID and BDD frameworks

  (Cucumber) for behavior-driven testing.
• Design and execute

  API automation

  using

  Rest Assured

  for RESTful services validation.
• Build and enhance

  mobile automation scripts

  (Android/iOS) using

  Appium

  or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA peers to validate

  e-commerce workflows

  including checkout, payments, and order management.
• Integrate automation suites into

  CI/CD pipelines

  (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Participate in code reviews, defect analysis, and provide test coverage reports.
• Continuously improve test frameworks and processes to optimize execution speed and reliability.

Technical Skills Required

• Automation Tools:

  Playwright (Java/TypeScript), Selenium WebDriver, Appium.

• Frameworks:

  BDD (Cucumber/JBehave), TestNG/JUnit.

• Languages:

  Java, TypeScript.

• API Testing:

  Rest Assured, Postman.

• CI/CD & Version Control:

  Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Maven/Gradle, Git.

• Cloud/Other Tools (Nice to Have):

  BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Docker.

Domain Expertise

• Hands-on experience in

  e-commerce testing

  (cart, payments, user accounts, order lifecycle).
