Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of software/hardware test engineering experience; domain experience in industries like IT, aerospace, defense, electrical preferred. Experience in automated testing, performance/load testing, or environmental testing in harsh conditions is a plus. Familiarity with test automation tools: Selenium, Appium, JUnit, LoadRunner, or similar. Proficient in programming or scripting languages: Python, Java, Perl, C/C++, MATLAB, or similar. Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps processes, and integrating tests into build pipelines. Hands-on with defect tracking and management tools (JIRA, ALM, TestRail etc.)
