As the Operations Manager at the Service Center, you will be responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound operations to ensure the timely, accurate, and profitable delivery of DP/Etail/INTL shipments to customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising daily operations - Analyzing load patterns for efficient route planning - Planning delivery routes - Monitoring shipment handling - Ensuring adherence to operational workflows and SOPs On the operational front, you will need to: - Supervise daily inbound and outbound operations - Analyze load patterns for efficient route planning - Monitor daily loads for safe and timely delivery - Handle exception cases - Monitor staff attendance - Conduct daily briefings - Monitor the performance of the service center In terms of people management, your responsibilities will include: - Providing direction, guidance, and support to employees - Monitoring team performance - Mentoring and coaching subordinates - Ensuring adequate staffing levels - Promoting employee engagement and retention Key result areas and performance indicators will include: - Monitoring productivity - Driving service quality and excellence - Ensuring security of shipments - Driving operational efficiency - Promoting a performance-driven culture Your success in this role will be measured by various key performance indicators such as productivity monitoring, service quality compliance, timely status updation, adherence to SOPs, closure of exceptions within TAT, security-related cases, operational productivity, and adherence to performance management system timelines and guidelines.,
