Job Title: Senior Telecaller Executive Location: Delhi (Patel Nagar) Contact: ( HR) 9205910096 Working Days: 5.5 Days (1st and 3rd Saturdays Off, Sundays Fixed Off) Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior telecalling experience, and the ability to mentor junior callers. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote software products and services. Handle customer inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Generate quality leads and convert them into business opportunities. Guide and support junior telecallers to improve performance. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness. Requirements: Minimum 1.5–3 years of telecalling or lead generation experience. Strong communication skills in English . Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Experience in software product calling will be an added advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Required) Work Location: In person
