About the Role We're hiring a Senior Telecalling Executive who will be responsible for following up with hot leads, explaining our business models, and closing deals for franchise, catering, or food services. You’ll be working at the heart of a fast-scaling food business and will play a key role in expanding our reach. What Makes This Role Exciting? No cold calling – HOT leads will be provided! Key Responsibilities: Make structured calls to warm leads for franchises, catering, or bulk orders. Clearly explain PBM and Mast South offerings and business models. Convert interest into confirmed meetings or closures. Coordinate with the sales & operations team for onboarding new clients. Maintain CRM and call records. What You Bring: 2–3 years of telecalling, telesales, or franchise sales experience. Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English (Marathi is a plus). Strong persuasion and closing abilities. Confidence, high energy, and a result-driven mindset.
