Role Overview

Senior Telecaller Executive


Key Responsibilities

·       Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns.

·       Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested buyers.

·       Handle inbound queries, explain project details, and resolve customer doubts.

·       Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and timelines.

·       Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM.

·       Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

·       Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.

Eligibility & Requirements

·       0–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales-related roles.

Hindi, Gujarati, and English

·       Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

·       Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.

·       Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in follow-ups.

·       Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism in client interactions.
