Join Shree Kriyas Ayurveda Hospitals as a Senior Telecaller (Female) in Chennai! Handle patient calls, explain Ayurveda treatments and convert enquiries into consultations. Full-time on-site role at Okkiyam Thoraipakkam. About the Role We are looking for a motivated Senior Telecaller (Female) to handle patient enquiries, explain treatment details, and convert consultations into paid treatments for our Ayurveda hospital. Benefits : Commission pay / Performance bonus / Day shift / Fixed schedule / Paid time off. Duties of the Tele caller include managing incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries, maintaining follow-up trackers, and supporting overall patient conversion goals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, along with prior experience in healthcare or hospital tele-sales. If you have previous experience in hospital call handling, patient counselling, or healthcare sales, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Telecaller will help our hospital grow by ensuring every patient enquiry is properly guided and converted. Responsibilities Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online enquiries from patients. Explain consultation process, treatment benefits, packages, and offers. Maintain lead sheet / CRM to track daily enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Coordinate with the doctor and front office team for scheduling consultations. Follow up with patients who have enquired but not yet visited. Persuasively present treatment options and convert consultations into paid packages. Collect patient reviews and encourage referrals post-treatment. Prepare daily and weekly reports of enquiries and conversion performance. Requirements (Must-Have) Minimum 3 years of experience in tele-calling or patient enquiry handling (hospital / healthcare / wellness sector preferred). Excellent communication and convincing skills in Tamil and English. Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets / Excel / WhatsApp Business). Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Ability to work independently with sincerity and consistency. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Experience in Ayurveda or alternative medicine centers. Familiarity with CRM tools or hospital management software. Prior experience in sales or conversion-based roles. Polite and empathetic voice tone suited for healthcare patient interactions.
