Senior Technician-LED & electronic Equipment

Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically strong Technical Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising the technical aspects of LED lighting and solar product development, testing, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise product assembly, testing, and quality assurance processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in product development and final assembly.
• Provide technical training and support to production teams.
• Assist in improving product design for performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with BIS, TUV, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with R&D for product upgrades and innovation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in LED/Solar product manufacturing.
• Good understanding of circuit design, PCB layouts, and testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and standards.
• Familiarity with ISO processes and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,543.22 - ₹23,613.83 per month
