Senior Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary

Xpandretail is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to support cloud services, device configurations, and customer technical issues. The ideal candidate must have strong IT & networking knowledge, SQL skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work professionally and proactively in a fast-paced support environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for cloud platforms, device connectivity, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to networking, devices, and communication failures.
• Perform device setup, diagnostics, and remote configuration.
• Use SQL for queries, data checks, and log analysis.
• Manage all tasks through the company ticketing system and update progress regularly.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
• Strong understanding of IT, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN), and cloud concepts.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with device configuration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Must be proactive, organized, and professional.
• Experience with ticketing tools is preferred.

Preferred (Optional)

• Experience with IoT or cloud-connected devices.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python/PowerShell).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
