Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Support Engineer - Solar Inverter, based in Thane. The role involves providing technical assistance and support for solar inverters, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the resolution of customer queries. The position will also include delivering excellent customer support, analyzing customer feedback, documenting technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product functionality and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with a strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to solar inverters.
• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional assistance and build positive client relationships.
• Proven Analytical Skills to identify and address system performance issues effectively.
• Proficiency in teamwork and effective communication to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in the renewable energy industry, particularly with solar inverters, is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and systems used for technical support is desirable.
