Job Description: 1. Having the good knowledge on the Banking product. 2. The candidate must possess excellent communication, analytical and logical skills 3. Prior experience in Core Java, SQL, PLSQL, Servlets, JSP & Spring frameworks. 4. Experiences on the incident and change management process. 5. Prior experience in solving critical incidents, performing Root cause analysis, and creating knowledge articles. 6. Analysing the code and identify the RCA. 7. Basic knowledge in WebLogic and WebSphere for deployment and configuration activities 8. Had the experiences in team handing or team manged 9. Prior knowledge of IT products and services in Banking Working Pattern: 1. 6 days a week 2. Able to work on after office hours support and weekends based on the shift roaster.
