As a Chinese Commis 1 Chef at our establishment in Hyd, you will be an integral part of our Kitchen Chinese Cuisine team. Your role will involve assisting in the preparation of authentic Chinese dishes following standard recipes and guidelines, supporting senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality and presentation of dishes, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong foundation in Chinese culinary techniques and ingredients such as wok handling, stir-frying, and steaming. Possessing a culinary diploma or certification would be an added advantage. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with the willingness to work flexible hours.
