Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant databases.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients regarding candidate status updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computers (BCA or B.Tech/B.E.).
  • Strong understanding of IT staffing concepts including C2H contracting models.
  • Proficiency in using ATS software like Domestic Staffing Tools.
