About the Role:As our Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing critical technology projects from start to finish. Youll lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are aligned with business goals and successfully executed. Your leadership will drive innovation, optimize processes, and elevate the performance of the teams you manage.Key Responsibilities:Lead large-scale projects spanning multiple Oracle technology domains (Analytics, Integration, Extension Development, and Security)Provide strategic direction and technical mentorship to project teamsManage the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectivesIdentify risks, mitigate challenges, and ensure successful project deliveryDrive the adoption of new technologies to improve operational efficiencyParticipate in presales activities and lead bids/proposals.
