Senior Technical Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Project Leader at Merkle, your main responsibility is to ensure the internal customer (in this case a region) receives the best level of service for their applications in a cost-effective manner. You will be in charge of maintaining positive relationships with internal customers, meeting service level agreements, identifying customer needs, and finding ways to reduce costs without compromising customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will work on project leadership, team management, business case and benefits management, budget and cost management, governance, project plans and controls, scheduling and dependency management, resource management, stakeholder and communications management, as well as risks and issues management. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain positive relationships with internal customers - Ensure service delivery meets service level agreements and address any issues promptly - Identify customer needs within the business context and provide feedback - Find ways to reduce costs without affecting customer satisfaction - Build partnerships with delivery teams to identify solutions for arising issues - Lead project teams to deliver agreed outputs within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints - Manage project team on a daily basis, defining roles and responsibilities, fostering innovation, and empowering team members - Support project sponsor in preparing, refining, and updating business cases - Manage project budgets and report on forecasts, changes, and actual costs - Establish and maintain effective governance for project delivery - Design project plans, control scope, schedule, resources, risks, and quality requirements - Develop and maintain schedules for project activities considering dependencies, resource requirements, and constraints - Manage project resource allocations and external resources as needed - Identify and manage project stakeholder relationships, communications, and senior level support - Monitor project risks and issues, develop mitigating actions, and escalate when necessary - Address and resolve differences between individuals and interest groups - Actively manage project dependencies and resolve issues among project elements Location: DGS India - Bengaluru - Manyata N1 Block Brand: Merkle Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent,
