Job Description

Senior Technical Product Owner Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Experience:

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver highquality software solutions.
Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept to release—in alignment with company goals.
Write detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize the product backlog.
Use Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), to guide product development.
Partner with stakeholders to balance competing priorities and drive consensus.
Leverage product metrics to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
Drive integration of Generative AI
, identifying use cases, collaborating with AI/ML teams, and shaping AI-driven product features and roadmaps.

Qualifications

8–15 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner in software development environments
Strong technical background: software architecture, databases, APIs, cloud technologies.
Handson experience with product management tools like Jira and Confluence.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for datadriven decision-making.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
Hands-on experience with SAFe or other Scaled Agile frameworks
Experience in designing or managing products infused with Generative AI technologies
, such as leveraging large language models, AI-based recommendation engines, or AI-powered automation features.

Preferred Experience

Background in software development or systems engineering.
Domain experience in eCommerce or Life Sciences.
