As a Senior Technical Engineer in Digital Power specializing in various sectors like Oil & Gas, Electro Intensive, Energies, Power & Grid, Micro-Grid, and Transport, your role is pivotal in collaborating with industry leaders and driving technical innovation. Based in Gurgaon, India, you will lead a team of EMCS Automation Engineers, contribute to product development, and support project execution and bidding processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop skills of yourself and your team by embracing new technologies and solutions. - Evaluate project specifications during bidding/tendering to identify risks and opportunities. - Ensure adherence to project objectives, timelines, and schedules. - Plan team activities considering workload, solution complexity, and required competencies. - Collaborate with stakeholders to cultivate a positive work environment. - Maintain technical quality in engineering documents like network architecture and technical descriptions. - Coordinate complex projects to meet deliverables, quality, and efficiency targets. - Uphold quality, safety, and environmental procedures while driving continuous improvement. - Lead subcontractors when applicable, ensuring competence and relationship management. - Enhance engineering competency and capacity to meet project requirements and support product development. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science, or Instrumentation Engineering. - 7-8 years of experience in energy automation project execution, team leadership, and customer management. - Strong industry knowledge and understanding. - Versatile customer experience is advantageous. - Proficient leadership, interpersonal, and team-building capabilities. - Excellent soft skills and communication abilities. - Self-motivated and proactive approach.,
