Job Description

Position: Senior Technical Due Diligence Specialist

Location:

BE Civil or B.Arch. (MBA will be a plus)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct
technical due diligence
for land, base build, and interior commercial real estate projects.
Perform
site selection analysis
for occupiers and developers.
Assess
land due diligence
including regulatory compliance, feasibility, and risk factors.
Prepare
detailed technical reports
with clear risk identification and mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and project timelines.

Requirements

Minimum
13 years of experience
in technical due diligence and site selection.
Strong exposure to
commercial real estate projects
(interiors and base build).
Proven ability in
report writing
, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
Preferably worked with
International Property Consultants (IPCs)
or
Big 4 firms
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
