Job Description

As a Salesforce ITSM Specialist, your role will involve the successful delivery of complex Salesforce ITSM solutions for customers. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations. You will also be leading code reviews, managing technical delivery, and maintaining coding standards to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed. Additionally, you will need to have expertise in Salesforce, hands-on experience with different Salesforce clouds, integration, data management, Apex/Visualforce, and Lightning. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations. - Lead code reviews to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns. - Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration. - Maintain coding standards and target billable utilization. - Debug performance issues at both client layer and apex layer. - Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations. - Work remotely and collaborate with global teams across different geographies. - Be flexible with work hours to meet project requirements. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 6+ years hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform. - Experience in at least one end-to-end Service Cloud implementation. - Highly preferred ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate. - Design capability compatible with both desktop and mobile devices. - Knowledge of different integration patterns and asynchronous capabilities in Salesforce. - Understanding of Salesforce product suite, systems architecture, and scalable solutions design. - Familiarity with key design patterns, data sharing considerations, and platform authentication patterns. - Experience with data integration tools and Salesforce integration with different business systems. - Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies. - Experience with platform security capabilities and Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications.
